How come I can have all signal bars lit up and my connection says "dormant." Today, I running errands while I wait for anything to load!

First: close & re-run Access Manager.  or  Second: Pull modem, re-plug & re-initialize. or Third: Re-boot. or Fourth:  Come back here and raise Hell.  or    Fifth: go to the "Free at last.." message thread and see what the latest is on defections.

Thanks for your help. At least I was able to eat some milk and cookies while waiting for this forum to load!

 

For Christ sake, we put a man on the moon years ago and still can't have adequate connection here on earth!
