I recently activated a static IP with Verizon Wireless for my Mifi 4620L. I paid the $500 fee and after a few days the static IP was reserved and then was provisioned to my device successfully.
However, now my question is: Can one change the Reverse DNS - PTR record so it can reflect my domain name? I perform a lot of remote desktop support sessions to my clients computers, and I would like to better identify myself on their networks.
I have called Verizon Wireless, spoke to advance technical support and to their business department and don't know what I am talking about...
