I've paid the $500 for static IP. I setup the port forwarding to my security DVR and yet the ports are inaccessible from WAN. This is maddening and I've wasted a bunch of money (Mifi, contract and IP).
We can certainly understand being frustrated about this situation especially after the cost associated with it. Just to confirm, do you have a business account with us currently?
