I have a Droid Pro wtih the unlimited smartphone web and email data plan. I just tried tethering my phone to my computer and I can send/receive data though my phone to my computer and I don't have a boardband data plan. Am I being charged extra for this or is it covered under the smartphone data plan?

Unless you had a tethering bundle, it will not allow you to tether your device. Are you using a third-party application? I can also review your account to see if you have an active bundle. Please send me a PM with your mobile number and I will contact you to assist you further.
