The USB727 and Novatel Wireless from Verizon is really bad

I have been emailing service with no help. Just we are working on the problem.......



I bought the device to use with my company's VPN and it works for three minutes.


How am I suppose to do my work?


It causes my customer relationship manager to be corrupted because it kicks me off during a download.


Has anyone an idea of  how to get help from Verizon?
