What is the difference between Mobile broadband and Naional Access. It seems when I am connected to National Access, my computer does not use up as many MB. Can anyone enlighten me on the subject.

The difference is that Mobile Broadband connection is faster than NationalAcces connection. Since your connection is slower while in NationalAccess coverage your MB usage will be lower.
