I have a new Dell laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. According to the Verizon website, my UM175 is compatible and I downloaded the latest device manager for it. I get one or two blue screen of death crashes per day. All the dump files point to the UM175 as the cause. I've run Norton 360 tools and device checks and find no errors. I don't know what to do from here.
