After getting over the installer issues on VZManager due to McAfee, downloading and installing the latest manager, I was able to connect on my windows 7 (64bit) laptop. I say connect because that's all is does. I can connect but that is it.
Ping of Google, ms, or other sites resolve IP's but all time out. I cannot ping DNS servers either.
ipconfig /all shows the correct network interface with external IP/DNS settings.
So is there a setting or security or firewall setting I am overlooking? Why can I connect but have not data?
Thanks,

Looks like its was a bad seated SIM card. Once I reseated the SIM all was good. Thanks Tech support. Now on to testing.
