I am getting the error code and have chaged devices twice and have a new sim card. still will not connect gives same erro code. need to get this solved. i am using windows 7

When you get an error message and you're unable to connect, its an indication that your device is not connecting to our network. It sounds like you need to contact our technical support team to ensure that we have the correct SIM card number and device ID number activated on your wireless line.
