We have a pantech USB aircard that worked great and had no issues until just recently. It will disconnect after about 20 minutes and we have to take the card out of the computer and then plug it back in to get it to reconnect to the internet. Any suggestions/

I can certainly help you with the data disconnections on your 4G modem. May I ask what city and state are you in? Also, what operating system are you using on your computer? I have posted some troubleshooting steps that you can perform to address the disconnection issue.
- Verify signal strength when device is connected to the web.
- Use the USB extension cable to see if the data connection improves.
- Restart the computer with the modem disconnected from the computer
- Verify network connections in control panel
- Verify what version of VZAccess Manager is downloaded
- Verify driver installation in device manager
- Uninstall and reinstall VZAccess Manager
Once you have tried the steps above, please retest your data connection for improvements. If you are still having disconnection issues then please reply to this posting with your findings for additional assistance.
