USB Card not being detected - how do you reinstall drivers for the aircard?

Mobile broadband with USB Aircard and VZAM - card not being detected (no lights) and/or drivers not found in device manager.

Customer does not have vzam cd's and no other way to access the internet to download vzam

 

how to reinstall the drivers for the card?

I would recommend going to some place that has Internet and download VZAM. Library, Starbucks, etc.

 

There is no such thing as "no connection to the Internet" anymore.
