I want to see my usage on 3g on my Linux desktop...is there an app for that??

Well, if there isn't one, fire up your Python interpreter and write one for us That's what Linux is all about. Open source, free software and sharing. Gotta love it..

There is no current application for VZAM on *nix. You will have to rely on signing into your MyVerizon account or contacting the 1-800 number and navigating through the menus to review your usage.

As I have mentioned elsewhere you should be able to use the vzm 1.32 app if you use firefox. It just accesses the data from your verizon data page. You probably can access the connection and log the data and get a better current usage but that might take some effort.
