I have a Macbook Air and Pantech 290 4G USB modem. Had no problems up to 10.7 (Lion). Now with 10.8 (Mountain Lion) I can make a connection but there is no data transmission. Opening web browser shows 'no connection' error message but the VZAccess Mgr software looks like it is connected. Opening the Statistics tab show no data up or down. I tried a new SIM card. Didn't help. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Ken
Hello krs225!
An update should be a good thing! I'm sorry that you are not able to connect! My first suggestion would be to unistall VZ Access Manager, reinstall it from the website www.vzam.net from an alternate Internet connection. Please let us know if this is successful!

Tried everything but couldn't get VZAM to work. Eventually had to get a competitor's device. though I prefer Verizon's coverage. If a future update works then I'll switch back.
