Every since I had gotten my USB551L I had trouble of dropped connections. Had contacted Verzion two or three times without getting it fixed. but I recently contacted them once again, they said it was the SIM card, sent me a new one. After 1st installing it I still had troubles with dropped connections. Finally I did what I had dnoe with my other one, locked it into 3G, my area does not have 4G. After doing this for the last month I have not had another dropped connection.

The directions are very good.

Now many times when I connect I get a pop up that says this.

I have contacted them again & was told nothing can be done about this. Has anyone else had this problem with the USB 511L? If so have you found a fix for it. I get very tired of having to X it out anytime I want to click onto my Access Manger.
