Okay. I recently purchased the USB720 Modem from Verizon. I have dial-up at home, and no one in my area offers DSL. I got home, and started to install it. I ran into one error right off the bat, which I eventually fixed by checking online. Then, after I got it working.. it finally said it was installed. Though, half of the steps in the instruction booklet didn't show up. Now, I can't find anything dealing with it on my computer, and nothing happens when I insert it into ANY of the USB ports. I have no idea what to do now... if it's just not working for me or.. what?
