USB760 is not working on Windows 7

USB760 does not work on my Windows 7 Dell Laptop E6400, It was not able to auto detect and install software, so I

downloaded the Verizon Manager 7.3.13 but it will still not launch, but it shows in the processes as running

I was thinking of returning the device, if anyone has a suggestion

Hi tcpip,

The Verizon Access Manager 7.3.13 is the correct software that should be running on the computer for the device to working. The device drivers will need to be installed for the device to be recognized. Do you still have the available disk that came with the device?
