I have a USB 760 modem. I recall that someone said one should not have more than one modem. I just checked the phone and modem options on my computer. It says that I have a Novatel Wireless Modem on COM 9 and LSI PCI-SV92EX Soft Modem on COM 3.
Is one of these in need of deleting or are these both necessary? I used to have satellite as my internet connection. Is the LSI one for that and even though I have disconnected the hardware, should this no longer be there?
