VZ Access Manager application tab- "usage" window opens , retreiving information.....get "Browser error- cannot open this page. Click here for MORE INFO gets a new window with "Internet Explorer cannot download, unexplainable error"
Help....would like to track usage as I am a new user.....an unfamiliar with my data usage habits.
I know I can go into my account and check there- but would prefer to have it available to check easily.
Additional Info- talked to Verizon Support today- tried a few things: It works fine on my new laptop, using WIn7. On my Desktop running WinXP- it will not open the "usage page". Support tells me it's an IE problem and they cannot help me any further.
That;'s why I am here...Someone- Anyone have a solution?
