My company has recently purchased a Gateway LT20 Netbook. It came with XP home. it was whipped and XP pro was installed. I have found and install all drivers. When I installed the VZAccess manager I received no errors. When I try to load up VZAccess manager it gives me this: Unable to communicate with the wireless device. Re-run device detection to ensure that the device is configured correctly. If the problem persists, you may need to re-install VZAccess Manager. After that I hit OK and it says : failed to power on device. Please try again. I have reinstalled the manager several times as well as downloading it from multiple sites. Has anyone had this problem or have idea how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

hmm seems like a driver issue. Have you gone in the device manager to see how the modem is being detected by the pc?

I have looked in device manager and there are no issues with the driver. I have tried multiple drivers but the one I have on now is the only one that worked without problems. The OS is also fully patched. Any other ideas? Thanks for your response.
