This is what I sent today to Verizon:
Usage: Yesterday I looked at my account and it showed usage charges for 1/14. I'm having unusual charges, so am looking many times a day to try to determine what is going on. Today I look and the last date shown is 1/13. This is a very common occurrence. I have had days like the 12th where it was current, but then the next day the 8th and 9th had disappeared. Then the following day the 8th was back and the 9th and 10th were gone. Why can't I get accurate information on your on-line site. This is driving me crazy. In the current computer age, I would think I should be able to get consistent data usage information without your site data changing on me daily.
Do others have the this same experience?
It's like that for everyone. For some reason, Verizon does not have capability to display accurate, real-time usage. The only time it's correct is when they do billing. Download and install NetMeter and you'll have accurate usage information.
