I was watching my data usage on my data card. I knew I was getting close cause of some updates.
I was good for the month then all of a sudden I had about 900mb of usage appear out of no where.
I went to the Verizon site and looked at my usage log. I put all the info into a spread sheet.
The usage from it come out to under 5000 mb.
Any one else have any issues like this?
Yes I called the Verizon people.
They put a Tech on phone that explained it has a delay.
She even tried to tell me the 32000 kb I used was 300mb.
According to everything I know 1024kb is 1mb.
Should I contact my lawyer and better business bureau?
