Use Jetpack on GSM network?

    Wondering if I can use the jetpack 6620 with US Mobile or other less expensive gsm carriers.  I know the jetpack is a  cdma device but wondering if anyone has had success using it for GSM carriers like US Mobile.  Their 4g data rates are far less expensive than verizon and i'm tired of paying $100 a month for 10gb when i can get the same for $50 a month or even less.

Generally speaking, since the device is a CDMA device, the best chance of it working with another carrier is with a CDMA carrier (Sprint). The device is unlocked and does work on GSM but is programmed to work on GSM networks when roaming internationally with a global plan through VZW so it is tough to say whether it will work in the U.S. with a GSM carrier without additional programming or modification of internal settings and such.

So, it will likely take a bit (if not a lot) of work to get this working the way it should on a GSM carrier in the U.S. and will most likely not be worth the time and/or effort for a (roughly) $50 device, but that is going to be up to you to see if this is a possibility or feasable.
