VZAccess Manager Volume won't Eject

I am running a Macbook OS 10.6.3.  Just installed the latest VZAM software 7.1.2, build 2472c.  However, the volume won't eject (virtually) after the installation.  ...more precisely, it ejects then re-mounts.  I threw away the image, restarted, did a command-e, hit the up-triangle next to the volume in the finder window...it unmounts for 2 seconds, then auto remounts...it always remounts...how do I permanently get rid of it.
