VZAccess Manager WiFi manager does not allow connection with 3G Mobile Hotspot

I have installed Version 7.6.3.1 (24th) for my LET USB modem,  but when I'm not using my LET modem I would like to connect using my VS. 3G Mobile Hotspot (Samsung fascinate), but the WiFi connection from VZAccess Manager will not allow me to connect if the 3G Hotspot is password enabled.  The VZAccess manager will connect 3G Mobile Hotspot if the service is open and not password connected.

 

Other Wife signals does display the setup prompt where a password can be entered, but not the Verizon wireless 3G Mobile Hotspot.
