VZAccess Manager & iTunes Remote Speakers

I am connected to the internet using VZAccess Manager and my UM175VW mobile broadband device. I also have my computer (a MacBook Pro) connecting to my Time Capsule (Apple router), which is connected to my stereo.

 

Using iTunes version 8.1.1 I play music on remote speakers while connected to the router and this works fine until I start the VZAccess Manger application. I assume this is some problem with sharing the same NAT.. but could someone provide a fix or solution?
