VZAccess Manager usage error "We are unable to process your request due to invalid data"

I recently installed the latest update 7.0.10.1 to VZAccess Manager and now get the following error when accessing the USAGE tab:

 

DATA USAGE "We are unable to process your request due to invalid data."

 

Any ideas before I call tech support?
