In 64 bit mode the VZAccess manager can't find my modem (MiFi2200). This is a big problem because (1) I need to run 64 bit for my work, and (2) Mac OS boots by default into 64 bit, and this has been standard for more than a year. When will Verizon get this fixed?

OSX 10.6.7 in 64 bit mode and vzaccess manager 7.2.5 build 2644e will recognize the UML290 after the initial restart but fail to after that - it does not appear in the system preference under networks as it should.
In 32 bit mode with the same versions as above, it appears to work ok.

Just restarted in 32 bit mode and all is fine so it appears that there is something still nonfunctional in 64 bit mode.
I did notice a change in the system preference network area. Instead of all the Panteck devices shown before (about 4) there is now just one verizon UM290 device shown. I do not get this device in 64 bit mode....
Please fix as restarting between 32 and 63 bit modes is getting old!
