VZAccess is not showing current usage.

Neither is the website, and when I call the company, it says the same thing too. Says we have used 43.82 megabytes since October 21. The thing is, we've used it tons of times, and it's still not showing up. I know it's like $5/mb after you go over your limit, and I don't want to have to pay that when we get the bill. But we have no idea how far over/if we've gone over... Anyone have any suggestions? I've even called verizon, and they said that their computers are showing the same thing.... I'm really confused. Anyone had this problem before? Thanks. -
