I can't connect my laptop to my Verizon Samsung SCH-LC11 4BAF. I get a message saying I may need to open a browser. I tried opening a browser and connecting to the website that Verizon suggest. But the Firefox browser can't connect. Can someone help me with this problem?
I know the importance of being able to connect to your laptop; I rely on my hotspot as my primary internet at home! Let's get this taken care of! What operating system are you running on your laptop? Windows XP, 7, Vista? Is there an error message or error code that displays when trying to open your browser? Your computer may be recommending you connect using a different browser other than Firefox. Try opening the page using Internet Explorer?
