Verizon Wireless AD3700 Global USB Modem - Unable to connect to the internet

Hi, I have a Verizon Wireless USB Card with global access (AD3700 Global USB Modem) and I haven’t been able to connect to the internet. I’ve tried everything. I have changed the network to Global to GSM to CDMA and still nothing. I have signal but for some reason the VZ Access Manager cannot find a network to connect to. Please help! I’m out of the country with deadlines to meet! I hope you get back to me as soon as possible as I’m unable to call support in the US and have no access to an international phone. Thanks!
