we at the office have about 100 of these 4511L MIFI's and use a VPN software on our laptop. if the MIFI is
on a 4g connection (blinking green) the vpn connection will not work. if we put the MIFI in a different location
and get a 3g connection(blinking purple) the vpn connection will work.
this just started on tuesday (feb 12).
our current firmware version on the 4511L is 2.23.01 and saw that it was an update to 2.28.02
any idea's

Could you share which OS your laptops are running?
Also, if you could share with us the specific Cisco VPN client you are using and the error message that would be great.
There are a few VPN threads on the MiFi 4620L floating around that may be working on the same issue. Help us isolate which one you are having and we will point you in the right direction.
