What happened to the unlimited $15 day pass? Is that gone for good?

I have a broadband card (USB720) that I carry around for emergencies at work (tech support).  I used to be able to buy an entire day's worth of access for $15.  Now I see that verizon is charging 75MB of bandwidth for 15 bucks.  What gives?!  Is the old plan completely dead?
