Will an Alltel um175 modem work?

I've been having trouble with my connection and i think it might be my modem. It's a verizon um175. I have an alltel um175 wondering if i can switch it over? Thanks

If you have a Verizon Wireless broadband plan, then you will have to use the VZW device.
