I have a Samsung Network Extender. I was wondering if it would work with a Verizon prepaid plan.

It should. I have not tried on a prepaid plan but the NE shouldn't really care what kind of account you have with VZW. The VZW devices themselves are the ones that need to authenticate and will be hit for billing. All the NE should be doing is passing the cell phone traffic through your local internet connection instead of through the local VZW towers.
