My sister-in-law's wireless broadband service reports as "Connected" in the VZAcess Manager but it doesn't allow any internet access. She's had it about 30 days and it just started doing this in the last 3 days.
I rebooted the PC, pulled the USB Broadband device and plugged it back int and reinstalled VZAcess Manager software. Still no luck.
Any clues?

Have there been any hardware or software changes lately? Also check the browser. It could be the security settings. Let us know how it goes.

Get used to it, if the 30 days arent up, leave, go somewhere else/ i have had verizon for years since they are the only ones with mac compatible wireless modems, and that problem happens to me almost monthly. i have to call, reinstall etc. etc. it is the way of verizon as best as i can tell
