Are you sure your phone is connected to the NE? The NE should be routing your phone connection through your ISP so the service should be wonderful if you are operating it correctly. One bar from an NE doesn't sound like you are actually connected to the device.
HI John: not sure what mean by am I connected to NE? Am all wireless and router is connected and working. Talked tech support Verizon and when tested Internet connection found erratic. hacing Bright House tech come check it out. Thanks
