No possible way i downloaded 1.5  gig of content in the past 4 hours. I am pretty sure they have counter issues. It all meshed this morning at a half gig for gaming but youtube doesnt jive at all with the used. Even if it did jive why would you buy something you can't use for a single day.

If you use Youbtube it will always be High Definition...  I can see you using 1.5GB without realizing it.

Your contract states that and has stated that from the beginning.  All carriers have it in their terms.  People end up just doing that.

Go to www.verizonwireless.com/datacalculator to see just how much data usage streaming video (even YouTube) or streaming audio will use.  You will be in for a surprise.

While it is certainly true that streaming video consumes voracious amounts of data, here is a study that shows that carriers do tend to overcharge when data is streamed, as opposed to when data is "bursted" as in web-browsing and email:

That's BS. It's simple do some math and you'll realize thats streaming video uses alot of data. If you're asertion is that one is supposed to stream 100 hours of video and not even use 2 GB of data you're just plain unimformed.

Yes it's very possible especailly if you are watching HD video on Youtube. Heck Netflix HD uses up to 2 GB per HOUR.

1.5 GB in 4 hours is only 875 kbps streaming. So it's VERY possible you did that. The fact is if you want to watch a lot of streaming video get REAL internet. Meaning DSL or cable. If you live in an area where you can't get that then you're out of luck. 10 GB in a day is nothing. We average 6-8 GB a day but have used as many as 30 GB in a day. You shoud have done some reseach before buying. I'm not sure how you think 4 hours of watching videos would use less than 1.5 GB?
