Wrong Overage Charge?

Plan Indicates .05 Per MB of Overage, while viewing "Current Usage" indicates .25 Per MB of Overage

Not thrilled about the ridiculous cost per MB of overage, but that's another problem.  For whatever reason, it's incorrectly indicating .25 as the overage cost per MB when I check it in a couple of different places, such as "Usage" in VZAccessManager

The overage charges depend on whether you have the $40 or $60 plan.  The $40 plan has a higher cost for overages than the latter.

copied from the plan page...  "* 5 GB overage rate is $0.05/MB and 250 MB overage rate is $0.10/MB"

ie, neither one has a $.25 charge.
