My wife has misplace our jetpack, any way it can be traced by verizon?

rr2gtfd, oh no! That is a bad feeling. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to track the device if it has been misplaced or stolen. I would recommend suspending the line as lost/stolen, if you haven't already. That way if some one picks up the devcie they would not be able to use it. You can always do that by logging onto My Verizon. Please keep us posted if you have any questions.
