wifi is strong signal , but passcode is not accepting current code, Can I change passcode?@
Bluebird826, making sure your connection is strong is our main goal. Let us make sure we are all on the same page. The Network Extender does not require a Passcode in order to connect to it. Are you referring to a Jetpack?

Reset the Network Extender to the defaults. Look up what the default password is. Reconfigure a new password once you are connected. The process should be similar to any home networking device in regards to password reset.
