how do I download, or where can I find the application for backup assistant plus for my desktop? I have been looking every where online and can not find this application. But, I would love to have it on my laptop! so please help!!!

Once you run Backup Assistant on your phone, you can find your contacts in your on-line MyVerizon account under Manage Contacts.
Yes I have seen that....and have found my contacts on my Verizon....but I
have also seen the desktop version...the application for a desktop as well
as your mobile device.....just can't seem to find it...anywhere.....tjanks
When you went to that link, did you click on 'Learn More' and then see the button at the top to 'download desktop app' ?
