The VZW NAT firewall is getting in the way.  Jetpacks do not have public IPs for you to enable remote access to it.

The current options to work around the VZW NAT are:

1. Purchase a static/public IP from VZW for $500

2. Setup and configure a VPN connection to a server with a public IP

3. Terminate service with VZW and migrate to a local ISP that offers public IPs

You'll probably need to setup some port forwarding in your Jetpack. Navigate to the admin interface ( http://my.jetpack ), sign in with your admin credentials (should be the same as your Wi-Fi credentials), then go to Jetpack Settings > Advanced. There's also some DMZ options under the Firewall menu there that may give you what you need.
