i want to cancel my MIFI adapter

I want to discontinue service for my MIFI air card.  How do I do it from the website?

I don't think you can.  You will have to contact VZW phone support or stop by a store.  Chat agents may not be able to complete the process for you either.  You will have to work through VZWs retention dept and let them know your reasons.  If there are any contract issues they would be taken care of at that time.
