I just purchased an iPad2 today, and could not get the thing to recognize my data plan. After 3 1/2 hours (3 1/2 hours!!) on the phone with Verizon, I finally got a sweetheart who told me my salesperson never even registered the sale sale of my iPad. I am so angry and frustrated with Verizon.....they are an arrogant and inept company. I hope the nice gentleman who finally helped me finds another job soon.
