***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. My computer connects to the jetpack but I don't have internet access.  Do I need to do something else?

Hello kgh1223! I'm pleased to see that you've been able to set your JetPack up. In order to help you, I need to know more about the devices you're working with. First, do you know what model JetPack you have? The computer that you've connected the JetPack to... is it a laptop or desktop? Have you connected the JetPack wirelessly or via USB cable? What zip code are you in? Have you been able to use Verizon Wireless service in that location before? Is the JetPack new? If so, have you already completed the activation process?
