My boyfriend has an HP system running UBUNTU and he can't get on line using my MiFi 2200. We have tried both teethered and wireless. His system recognises that it is attached but won't run. Does anyone have a suggestions on how to hook them up? Thank You

Upon researching information on the Mifi 2200, I was not able to find any information regarding your particular issue. I would advise you to contact our tech support department, for some trouble shooting steps. The number is 1-800-Verizon, select option 3 when prompted and follow the prompts for broadband service.

ubuntu aka linux is not a supported operating system for the mifi2200. Try the linux forums.

Ubuntu 9.10 worked with the broadband card, and earlier versions of 10.04 worked until an update to the Network manager [in ubuntu]
