mobile email ssl certificate types?

Hello Everyone,

 

I am a new Verizon Wireless customer and I am currently working on setting up my mailbox with Verizon Mobile Email service (on the LG Voyager).  I am currently using the IMAP to get mail from my own mail server.  SSL is failing from self-assigned certificate issues.  But, regular IMAP (without security) appears to be working fine.

 

I would really like to have SSL on.  So, I am wondering if anyone knows the different kinds of trusted certificates that this Mobile Email Client accepts.
