Mine doesn't work either. We are in Wisconsin. I'm getting a run-a-round from Verizon right now
I have been down since 12/09 in NW Wisconsin. So far I have replaced Network Extender, Replaced Router this pm and still no go. Getting major run around from Verizon! This sucks, I am speculating it has something to do with Alltel transfer as we lost total phone service for an evening about a week ago also.
