my network extender has had its SYS light blinking read for about 5 hours now, tried to reboot it and nothing has changed. Tried to call Verizon, and of course my call dropped right after I was told my call would be answered in 36 minutes. From the history that I can find on this light blinking I think it could be more than just me, anyone else having this problem?

Yes, same here in Middle TN, good to know I'm not alone. Still, without my extender, I have no service.
im back on here. It just went blue again.
Back up after 5 hrs. of outage, hope everyone else got theirs back.
