You would either have to change your 3DS to connect over WPA2 or switch your MiFi to lower its security mode to WEP.

I would suggest disabling the password security on your MiFi if you have to use WEP to connect your devices. WEP is a joke and does not offer any real security benefits for the inconveniences required to support it.
